Irish grass fed Hefer aged beef, this fillet steak has been hand-cut by our master butchers to give you the most tender of all the cuts. Matured for 21 days, it just melts in your mouth.


Nutritional Information

Bring steak to room temperature. Lightly season with salt, pepper and rapeseed oil. Preheat oven to 180º. Pan fry steak on very hot pan for 1 min each side then transfer to oven for 10 mins or according to your preference. Ensure meat is piping hot throughout. Leave steak to rest for 5 mins before serving.
