Recipe suggestion:
Season meat with salt & pepper. Put 2 tsp of olive oil in a pan on high heat, brown ribs on either side. Add 500ml red wine and 500ml beef stock, some thyme and 2 bay leaves. Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker & cover with a lid. Cook on high for 5 hours. Beef should be deliciously tender and perfect with a plate of mash
